A 23-year-old man from Hillsgrove lost his life in a car crash on Sunday in Lycoming County. Justin Laganowski was driving his Toyota Camry on Route 87 in Plunketts Creek Township around 1:20 a.m. when he veered off the road, police said. He hit the guardrail on the right side, crossed the highway, and slammed into an embankment on the left side, causing his car to flip over. Laganowski was thrown out of his car during the crash.
