Age 67, Gonzalo Ramirez-Zuniga, Potsdam NY, dies in truck crash

New York State Police are investigating a deadly crash in St. Lawrence County involving a semi truck and two other vehicles. The semi truck driver, from Brooklyn, crossed into the westbound lane of Route 11 in Gouverneur on Friday morning and collided with a pickup truck and an SUV. Two people in the SUV, Joshua Amo, 47, of Ogdensburg and Gonzalo Ramirez-Zuniga, 67, of Potsdam, were killed. A third SUV passenger suffered minor injuries. The pickup truck and semi truck drivers were not injured. The semi truck driver had not been charged or cited as of Saturday night.
