Route 80 Collision Claims Life of Pasqual Franco

In the early hours of Tuesday, February 27th, a devastating collision between a truck and an SUV on Route 80 in Warren County resulted in the loss of a 59-year-old Pennsylvania resident, as confirmed by state police.
