Bicycle Truck Noah M. Chappel

A truck struck and killed a bicyclist in White Township early Wednesday morning, Indiana County officials said. The crash occurred at about 4:50 a.m. on the 500 block of Old Route 199 Highway North, where Noah Matthew Chappel, of Indiana, was riding his bike in the same direction as the truck, according to Indiana County Coroner Jerry Overman.
